Adapt 2 Pediatric Modular System by Permobil

The Adapt 2 Paediatric mattress with optional ROHO® Isolette or Serene foam inserts is ideal for vulnerable children with high to very high risk for pressure injuries. The surface inserts can be configured based on the individual client’s needs and can hold up to three
(3) ROHO Isolette.

This modified mattress fits exactly in a standard crib.

The 1.5” wide firm perimeter borders and 4” permanent gel foam foot border hold the inserts in place without the need for snaps.

The mattress base is protected by a Recovery 5 anti microbial incontinent cover, as well as a Recovery 5 protective top cover with zipper.
