Adapt 2 Series Modular System by Permobil
The Adapt 2 mattress with SRT is an innovative way to reduce the effects of pressure, friction and shear within the body of the mattress. The 3” and 4.5" wide firm perimeter borders and 4” permanent gel foam foot border hold the inserts in place without the need for snaps. The surface inserts can be configured based on the individual client’s needs.

Adapt 2 Series Modular System features:
- The removable top cover with its 360˚ zipper must be ordered separately.
- Weight capacity: 350 lb
- Adapt 2 base and inserts include a Fire Barrier sock fabric to meet full-scale fire retardant standards.
- All 5MM foam bases and inserts come with a Recovery 5
anti-microbial base cover. - Addition of 1.5” of foam at each side border for the 39" and 42"
- Top covers are sold separately.
